Patho-Lab Diagnostics Ltd. is a private company established 25 years ago. The company is located in the Weizmann Science Park in Ness-Ziona, near Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel. 

 

As the leading and largest provider of clinical laboratory services for Histopathology and Cytopathology in Israel, Patho-Lab Diagnostics is using the most modern and innovative diagnostic techniques and participates currently in new venture technological collaborations. 

 

The company's high level of expertise is based on 90 employees including sub specialized senior pathologists, Ph.D.-level scientists, lab technicians and an extensive customer service team. 

 

Our group of experienced surgical pathologists has worldwide recognition in various areas of expertise, and practice along sub-specialty lines in Gyneco-Pathology, Hemato-Pathology, Surgical-Pathology including Soft Tissue, Gastro-Pathology, Dermato-Pathology, Urologic-Pathology, Neonatal and Pediatric-Pathology, Kidney-Pathology, Lymph Node Hemato-Pathology, Orthopedic-Pathology, Veterinary-Pathology and Toxicology. 

 

The core team of pathologists is supported by a broad network of associated specialists and participates in second opinion consultation worldwide. 

 

Patho-Lab Diagnostics provides clinical trials and research development support to firms involved in drug and medical device development. The company has the knowledge, the facilities and the personnel for the histopathologic processing of both human and animal tissues.

Patho-Lab Diagnostics is approved to be in compliance to OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) according to directive 88/320/EEC in Histopathology testing by the Israel Laboratory Accreditation Authority (ISRAC).

The company is accredited by the Israeli Ministry of Health, the International certification for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) ) IQNet, & the ISO 27799:2013 for Information security and audited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). 

Formalin and toxic waste are disposed of by environmental approved methods.

 

The company combines scientific orientation with extensive and personal care customer service. 

Specimens are received from the National Health Services, clinics of health insurers, private hospitals and physicians, as well as biological and pharmaceutical companies. 

 

An extensive network linking to our customers allows downloading of pathology results directly to Doctor's computers that ensures close working relationships with clinical colleagues and consistency of reporting.
